By this Charter a single, unified and consistent Corporations Code shall be formed for the Union and all associated Universities. The Corporations Code shall provide the necessary and optimum framework for the registration of legal trading entities including (but not limited to): capital raising, shares, reporting, corporate responsibilities, executive and staff salaries and fair and successful trade. |

All existing and new laws providing for corporate responsibility shall be subject to inclusion in the Corporations Code as one of the thirty three (33) Codes of Law of the Union. |

Structure of the Corporations Code |

The Corporations Code shall be one (1) book structured into chapters, which in turn are divided into articles and then one or more clauses within each article. |

While an article may belong to a particular chapter, the numbering of all articles is consecutive so that the entire body of articles of the Corporations Code may be read as one, with or without the chapter headings. |
