| The Judicial Code of Euro Union for all courts consists of this present Code. All existing and new laws providing for judicial responsibility concerning Civil and Criminal Law are subject to inclusion in the present Code. |

| These rules govern the procedure in Euro Union of all courts in all suits of a civil or criminal nature. They shall be construed and administered to secure the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of every action. |
||
| The present Code is granted authority by Article 152 of the Charter of Euro Union and therefore may be taken as a legitimate element of the body of the Charter. |
||
| 1.2 | Structure of the Judicial Code |

| The Judicial Code is structured into chapters, which in turn are divided into articles and then one or more clauses within each article. |
||

| While an article may belong to a particular chapter, the numbering of all articles is consecutive so that the entire body of articles of the Judicial Code may be read as one, with or without the chapter headings. | ||
